Absolutely fantastic place to stay!!! As a family we have stayed all over Lanzarote and this place won hands down. Aqua suites was faultless it’s spotless with daily maid service who also top up toiletries, towels, mini bar etc. The food was 5 star offering a fantastic range of fish, meat and pasta dishes and desserts every night, and a superb breakfast each morning. The staff could not help you enough they were all friendly, helpful and really went the extra mile to suit your needs especially Mandy who made sure we had a wonderful stay by ensuring there was John Smith’s available and roses and chocolates on Valentine’s day … these are the little things that will ensure we will come back and spread the word …thank you all so much xxx – Laura Rutherford
This was our 3rd visit to Aqua Suites.This time we brought my daughter to show her exactly what it is that keeps bringing us back. The staff are brilliant and are very helpful. Ina, Judy, Christian, Mandy are just a few stars to mention. Myself and Nina love the relaxed atmosphere and I’m glad my daughter was able to experience this with us. Only on day two of our special anniersary holiday, and loving this place. The suites are lovely, very well equipped inside and with our very own loungers on the balcony. The food in the restaurant is fabulous, the waiting staff are absolutely amazing. They remember you and always have time to explain the food and wine to you. They have a great rapport with children too, and really go out of their way to get them what they want. As a tourism professional myself, I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. We had an amazing stay at this hotel, everything about it is fabulous. The rooms are large and very modern. The bed in the main room is massive and it was lovely to have a room for our daughter. The rooms are cleaned daily and they are kept spotless. The food is some of the best that we have had. Choice is amazing and it is great that you can swap your dinner for a lunch. Out door areas are cleaned daily and again are spotless. The adult jacuzzi is bliss. The staff in this hotel are fabulous and could not do enough to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay! We will definitely be back. – Barbara Brennan
